how do i take my visa off my account because i looked on my online banking and theres a purchase for something i didnt even buy and if my daughter (18mnths ). clicked something and bought it it shouldnt still take my money because she didnt enter in any password to purchase the **** thing if thats the case

After establishing the Credit Card account (i.e. after you have made purchases), you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Sign-in>Payment Information
And while you are blowing off steam here, just realize that you are not talking to Apple. This is a user to user forum, and iTunes Store support does not participate here.
