I bought a new mac and now cannot access (or even find) tune in radio or get any internet radio on the new computer. please advise

I bought a new mac and cannot access tune in radio. I've authorized the computer with itunes but the radio does not show up. please advise.

MacBook Pro, OXS 10.9.2

Hey there HowlingDuck,


It sounds like you have signed in with, and authorized the computer with your Apple ID but you are still unable to see Radio in the Music library. I recommend checking to see if Parental Controls were set to block internet radio:


iTunes: Using Parental Controls

  1. In iTunes, open iTunes preferences. Mac users: From the iTunes menu, choose Preferences. Windows users: On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  2. Click the Parental tab.
  3. Select the checkbox next to any item you wish to disable or restrict.
