Does anything connect to the network and get Internet??

Did the network change? Is this a new setup that has never worked or an old setup that used to work but has failed??

To solve this I need to know what modem you have?

Is it a pure modem or a modem router?

If it is cable modem did you setup the Express in router mode?? Did you power cycle the cable modem? It must be off for long enough to expire the lease for whichever device was capturing the public IP. For some ISP it needs 5min .. others can be 15-20min and others might take overnight.

Ring and ask your ISP tech support people how to get a new router working.
