iPhone 5S packaging defect

Hi,

I was wondering if I am able to get a replacement due to package fault.

I was opening the newly bought iphone 5S while standing and the phone just drop out.

The damage was minimal(dented) but I have not had the same experience with other older iphone packaging.

It seems to me that the iphone was not properly secured in the packaging itself.

This could have been avoided if the iphone was placed properly within the box itself.

I hope this feedback will result in better packaging for future iphones.
