No. You're upgrading OS X only.

By design, your MacOS upgrade should not impact your BootCamp at all. If a problem occurs, then all bets are off. You could lose everything. You would be best advised to make sure you have a full current backup before attempting to upgrade. The same would apply for your MacOS partition as well as your BootCamp partition.
