I forgot my pass ode to my phone and I can't get any access to it. But I don't have any access to iTunes what can I do ?

You can't. If you forgot your passcode you have to restore it to remove the passcode. And in order to restore it, you have to connect it to iTunes.
Also, if you're running iOS 7 with Find My iPhone enabled, you're going to have to force it into recovery mode in order to restore it (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808).
