apple tv keeps disconnecting and pausing

You would probably be better off asking this question in the AppleTV forum, not here in iPad. I've asked that your post be relocated.

Those issues are the result of a network problem. Power cycle the ATV and router.

No it's not? Stop giving misinformation.

Have you even tried the troubleshooting steps provided?

If you have not, prove me wrong.

Physically connect the ATV via Ethernet.

Stream content from a computer via HomeSharing or from one of the Apps on the ATV. Does the stuttering and buffering continue?

I spoke with apple support for the same issue. They had me reset apple tv by pressing the menu button and the down arrow at the same time for 7 seconds. It reset and the Apple tv is working now. I havent tried it for longer periods yet. That is when it seems to disconnect. Good luck
