apple mobile device driver access is denied

My phone isn't being recognized by my iTunes, however my old iPhone still connects up.

On Device manager, when I click update driver software, it says Access is Denied?

It's actually a US iPhone not a UK one, but I can't see how thats the problem.

I use Windows 7, i've been through the 5 steps on the other forum but I haven't reinstalled iTunes, solely because one phone works and another doesnt?
