Try dialing *77 which is Anonymous Call Rejection used by many phone companies.
*87 turns it off.

That's probably a bad idea, because with carriers rolling out Voice over LTE any call from a switchboard (PBX) will show as "unknown caller." It's a bug in cell phone networks, but it affects all of them.
Anyway, blocking calls on the phone is not really blocking; only a carrier can actually block a call. Once it reaches the phone all you can do send it to voicemail.
