FCPX 10.1.1 Text effect 'Blur' Issue

In FCPX I am adding the text effect 'Blur' and it looks really jittery and wrong, kinda like 8bit. When I let it load a little bit longer, it fixes itself. When I export the movie I'm working on, the weird bug/glitch thing shows on the rendered MOV. I've tried chaning the resolution, frame rate, restarting my iMac, quitting FCPX, opening a copy of the title in motion. When I play it in Motion 5, the blur looks fine, but in FCPX it looks terrible. This is really annoying and I hope it can be fixed.
