iCloud Share Numbers

Hi All, i am new to this iCloud.

1) When i share a document with some one who has iCloud account & use iCloud e-mail to share numbers document is it suposed to showup in their iCloud document list ?

I would expect it to show in their list of documents but it doesnt, its pain to use the link i sent them all the time to access the document.

2) Is it possible for the person i shared the document with to sync the document i shared to Mac (Maverics) ? I was able to find a work around to see my iCloud documents on my system, but is shared documents dont showup in iCloud document list then i can make them to sync to my Mac.

3) How do i see who i shared a perticular documwnt with ?
