OR instead of going through any painful process - just create Google mail account and upload csv file to it. Then export it for free to VCF file and you can upload it to any one of above mentioned services. FREE. Who would be paying for something like that - an ID I OT only.

Step one Exporting from outlook CSV file.

Why do you not mention that (a) this is a Windows program and (b) it costs $50.

And exactly which "above mentioned free services" are you referring to, I don't see any at all.
