Pinning files to top of finder window

I would like to pin a summary sheet at the top of the finder window in each of my clients' folders so I can go right to it when I open the file and need to review or log activity.

Is there anyway to do this so that one file only is exempt from other sorting parameters and will always be at the top no matter what?
