Q: Hi, I bought a new iPhone 5C and getting unexpected behavious. Screen is moving automatically without even touching it. It seems somebody else is controlling my devices remotely. I turned-off all internet connection but still it's happening.

Hi, I bought a new iPhone 5C and getting unexpected behavious. Screen is moving automatically without even touching it. It seems somebody else is controlling my devices remotely. I turned-off all internet connection but still it's happening. It's 4 months old phone and recently replaced the screen.

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.1

    Hi

     

    Did you replace the screen yourself? I would take this back to an apple store as they should replace it if they can see its broken, however if the screen has been replaced by anyone other than apple this can void the warrenty. You can always take it back to apple and try if the screen replacement was done expertly well they might not notice?
