i have an iphone 4s and i forget the password and the appel id of icloud and now i cant used it what can i do???

Go to this page: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
Then use the link "Find your AppleID" on this page.
Once you know your AppleID, but still don't remember your password, you can use the link "reset your Password".
If you don't have a recovery email or security questions set up, contact Apple Support for help:
