4k to 2k & back to 4k
What's the process I need to do if I'm shooting in 4k and going to edit in 2k sequence, but I need to export back to 4k for the final?
I'm sure there's a fancier way, but you can just transcode the source to 1080p (close to 2K but handles better) using duplicate names, cut the show, and then re-link the project to the source (instead of the 1080).
We used a similar scheme to cut HD long distance back in '04-06...
