I have an Iphone 4s and it is locked and disabled. It says connect to Itunes but I no longer have the pc it is backed up to, how can I restore it?
please help! I need my phone!

You can use any computer to force the phone into recovery mode, as described here, & restore it:

However, if not the computer you normally sync with, or no iCloud backup, you will only be able to restore as a new device. All data on your phone will be erased
