I was wondering if there is any way to get older versions of apps, sor something similar? Considering my Ipod only will go up to IOS version 6.1.6, some apps require IOS7, something i cant get. So I was wondering if there was a way to still download them?
I'm guessing no, but its worth aa shot, right?

This helped a lot! Although, now i'm stuck again...
Ive tried to download two apps now, they seemed fine. But now both of them have stopped installing about 75% of the way through. Theyre kinda just stuck there...?

Try tapping the app icon to pause it then again to resume.
Yeah, I tried that a few minutes ago, still wont work after 4-5 tries
Try a reset.
Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)
You can also try signing out/in to the iTunes & App Store here:
Settings > iTunes & App Store > Tap your Apple ID > Sign Out
