itunes crashes when try to add anything to library

i got 11.1.5 itunes version and i got terrible problem with adding any music to my library. when i try to add something by droping it to or using menu file option 'add to library' every time it frozes itunes and makes it doesn't respond. i've been trying many types of popular music files and it always ends this way. i also tried to put in order whole library, but nothing works for me. but when i put cd into mac, it imported it, converted and wirelles sync with my devieces. i have no idea what to do, i even dont know where trouble may be. so, maybe anyone can help me? or maybe just ahve an idea what it may be? i'm using late 2011 macbook pro 13 inches. thanks in advence.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ In the Finder, select Go Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.

Step 1

Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select

View Show Log List

from the menu bar.

Enter the name of the crashed application or process in the Filter text field. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.

Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

Step 2

In the Console window, look under User Diagnostic Reports (not "Diagnostic and Usage Messages") for crash reports related to the crashed process. The report name starts with the name of the process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report and post the entire contents—again, the text, not a screenshot. I know the report is long. Please post all of it anyway.

In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)

Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report—they're very long and rarely helpful.

[15.04.2014 18:28:19,711 com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[166]: (com.apple.iTunes.2672[6742]) Exited: Terminated: 15]

[15.04.2014 18:28:37,037 spindump[6754]: Saved hang report for iTunes version 11.1.5 (11.1.5) to /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/iTunes_2014-04-15-182836_MacBook-Pro-.hang]

and inside is of course large hang file. but to be honest, i have no idea what infromation from it may be useful for you and i don't want paste useless things here.

another problem is my user diagnostic reports folder is empty. there's no crush files. i was looking for crash files all over my copmuter, there's lot of for other devices, but for itunes i found only one and it's from last year? and that's not in direction you told.

Back up all data.

As a test, please move the iTunes library folder from the Music folder (or wherever you keep it in your home folder) to the Desktop. If you've moved the library folder to another volume, unmount the volume.

Quit and relaunch the application. It may prompt you to create a new library, or select and existing one. Create a new one and import a few tracks. Test.

After testing, quit again and put the original library back where it was, replacing the test library. Post your results.
