How do I delete all songs less than 320kbps in iTunes?

I bought a new Macbook yesterday. I'm making a backup from all my files right now.
But I have a serious question about iTunes though, all my old music is less then 320kbps and I don't listen to it anymore, so how do I delete all music files that are not 320kbps?
