factory reset my iphone 4 ios 7.1

gotta qustion for anyone who knows an answer. i have the iphone 4 ios 7.1 and i want to factory reset the phone. i went into settings, general, reset, and when i selected delet and reset all data it asked for a passcode and have no idea what it would be. also the home button is completly broken. Any suggestopms?
