Season Pass

I have received my episodes that are available to download. When I click the link to downlad them it stats I did not purchase the item so it can not be downloaded. I have signed in and out of the iTunes store but still the link does not work. Any suggestions?

I would be eager to download and watch the episodes I purchased as well. I found a couple of resources that might help with downloading these purchases.


First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted. You can use the steps in this article:


iTunes: How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1725


If the episodes don't download after following the steps in that article, I recommend trying to download the episodes from your list of past purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the Season Pass, you will not be charged again. You can find the steps to do this in the following article:

If you are still not able to download the episodes, I recommend reporting this issue to the iTunes Store:
