I have just deleted an app call Wattpad and I want to download it again but it always says that I need to retry downloading it. I have tried restart a few times but nothing seems to happen. What's wrong with my phone? If I reset my phone will my pictures

Hey my iPhone 6s is having the same problem. I deleted wattpad for more space but then recently I wanted to download back and when I pressed the cloud icon next to the app it would load but then stop loading so it won't even redownload. I am in desperate need of help pleaseeeeeeee

Reinstall the app

Remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Remember that deleting an app also deletes its data.

1. Delete the app.
   
2. Press the Home button.
3. Go to the App Store and download the app again.
4. Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.

If the download stops, you can resume it.

If the issue persists, then you may want to try and sync the application to your iOS device using your computer by following the information in this article, under the section "Download previous purchases on Mac or PC":

My iphone 4 is not able to download certain apps like Facebook wattpad and the apps in which iOS 8 or above is required. I tried to update my phone but it is updated till date which iOS 7.12. So what should I do?
