Trying to change regions, "rental not expired"

I'm trying to change my Apple ID region to Canada, but when I try to change it, I get an error that says "you have rentals that are not expired". I rented a movie about a month ago, and already watched it and deleted it. Is there any way to get rid of it off of my account?

iPad 2, iOS 7.1

If it has been around a month, you should be able to change it shortly. You may find the following article helpful:


If you have rentals that haven't expired

If you rented a movie, wait 30 days after the date you rented the item. Then, you can change your country.
