No such app as "Mac OS X Installer" -- why does this page reference it?

This page references an app "Mac OS X Installer" that does not exist in the App Store. Why?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.7)

which your reply makes clearer that you already have this as a result of downloading a new version of OS X but not everybody understands that....
