Stop asking my phones to verify iCloud/iTunes passwords?

I have over 100 devices that are managed with 1 iTunes/iCloud account for my fleet so we can track using "find my iPhone" and control the apps that are on there. I need your team to figure out how to get the phones and iPads to stop asking my guys to verify the password every time they click on an icon. We cannot give them that password and it hinders them from being able to use the device. Fix it so if they hit cancel it will not pop up 5000 times. COME ON APPLE!!! Super frustrating. The password in the device is correct there is no need for it to be verified.
