apple icloud account needs updating

i seriuosly think Apple has to include in the next ios update an Automatic Idevice owners email address when ever an idevice is reset/Restore. To contact the email linked to the imei of the idevice. since most idevice's are resold to be able to obtain a newer idevice and 97% of the time owners forget / unawre how to delete thier icloud linked iDevice from their icloud account creating a lot of problems for New Idevice owners who buy these pre used Idevice 's , Apple should be working hard to get more Android users trying out the smoothness of ios Devices instered of making a mess of the the icloud option which is truely a revolution in how todays Gadgets interact with each other
