Hello, i bought an iphone 5 to someone last year, and for the first time I restored my iphone, but now it's locked because I need to put the icloud login and password of the last owner but I dont have any contact anymore to know what it is.. How can I do please ?

YOu'll need the previous owners info.
The only way to use the phone is to get the previous owner to release Activation Lock on the phone. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515.
If the previous owner cannot be found or is uncoöperative there is nothing you can do; there is no way around activation lock.
Only the person who knows the iCloud emil and password and turn off activation lock
