I received an email From: Apple which seems fraud

please study this fraud mail. Can this be prevented ?

It's a phishing attempt to get your id and payment details (the links in will take you to non-Apple sites) - if you still have the email then you could forward it to Apple (these are user-to-user forums) : reportphishing@apple.com
