Help with Recovery for Ipad Mini. Please! My mini Ipad is disabled and I can't recovery it.

Okay so my I dont have my Ipad Mini password, I go to recovery it and it all goes well until it has like 27 minutes left then the Ipad turns on. I have tried to shut it back off and the recovery doesnt work. I have tried switching to another computer and rebooting my computer. I have the latest version of Itunes on it. Please help!!!!
