I need to restore my phone its disabled. I tried to go to itunes and restore but it will not let me. Can you help me please!

It sounds like you are unable to restore your iPad with iTunes. I would use the following article to help you troubleshoot what is happening, named:

If this does not make the restore successfully complete, what is preventing the restore? Is there an error message? Is something happening on the iPad?
