can't deactivate "find my iPhone" due to id mess

i had original Apple id on 1@email.address, but then shifted it to 2@email.address, obviously after long time not using 1@email.address as an apple id password was forgotten.

(preface) my iphine 5s had hardware crash (somehow after latest update, seems like heat) due to being away (in China) from country i originaly bought it (Canada) i had to buy iPhone 5 till 5s will be replaced. I've connected it to iTunes, selected to restore back up, but by mistake restored back up one year old.

I dont need to explain you what sort of time capsule it is. was quite a surprise.

BUT Old back-up HAD all Apple id (1@email.address)

I've tried to restore another back-up, but failed to do so due to "Find my iPhone" is not excepting my PASSWORD>2@email.address

I've asked apple support to reset my pass via email(1@email.address), but on email box comes nothing. tried with new email address (2@email.address) works perfect.

How am i Suppose to restore it?

All my data is on other back up, this is useless, and i cant do anything about it.

Please, help ASAP!!
