When I add contacts to my iphone they move to icloud, but the contact does not move from icloud to my pc (like they have in the past). I have check settings and they seem fine. What else can I do?

Go through the troubleshooting steps listed inder "Troubleshooting iCloud Contacts update or setup issues with Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Outlook)" in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3998. In particular, make sure the iCloud add-in is active within Outlook.
