Q: I have tried now 3 times to upgrade to Maverick.....case # *******

I have been trying to download Maverick and getting nowhere...need help..Just purchase this Pro from my boss....Running Lion...

    We will need full details about the system and exactly where you are running into problems before anyone can offer suggestions. These are user-to-user forums, not Apple Support, so none of us have access to anything you've already told an Apple technician.

     

    Note that if the information in your profile is correct, you cannot upgrade directly from Mac OS X 10.5. You need to purchase an install Mac OS X 10.6 and upgrade it to 10.6.8 before you'll have access to the Mac App Store and be able to download Mavericks.
