Did you try control click (right click) on your video> download
Depends on the video, iTunes is the easiest to buy or rent video.
Thanks for your support. This is an instructional video not available commercally else. I just need to know the proceedure step by step to download the video to the hard drive. I may want to transfer it later to dvd, so it would be good to know how to do that too. As you can read, I'm not an IT person.

I want to save a subscriber instructional video to the hard drive, with possible transfer to dvd later. As you can read, I'm not an ITperson . I need instructions ,please step by step.
Can you post a link to the website, and we can try to assist. Different websites have different methods. Most sites that allow downloads have a simple download button, other sites such as YouTube (which don't allow downloads) won't have this, and you need other methods to download.
