Q: iCloud account information on iPad incorrect

In Settings under iCloud, my Apple ID is incorrect and hasn't changed from when I last reset it. The email address is wrong, and I can't see how and where I change this to reflect my new Apple ID. There must be a simple answer for this, but it's not proving obvious. Would be grateful for any help
