last 2 events dissappeared

last 2 events dissappeared

I updated the latest installs of xcode & imovie - upon whichj the entire iphoto library became undone - missing extremenly important most recent 2 events added and edited the same day..

subsequebtly no events are in same order - massed are trashed - many many edits have been lost -

any ideas??

would save z huge amouunt of work if the organisation and edits could be restored -

but im desprate to restore the lost events - they see, to have gone all together - as if never exhisted

Restore from your back up is the sure fix.

When iPhoto organizes Events, it uses the oldest photo. So if your camera had the wrong date, or if you import a photo from the web (for example) that was created years ago, it will make that Event appear farther down the timeline.

Also, you may have selected a bunch of Events and accidentally merged them.

I doubt that's what's going on, but maybe.
