Just updated to Latest iOS and now I can not permanently delete , Deleted messages, now Vm is full!

Does anyone have any ideas?

At the top right of deleted messages folder there is a clear all button but it is not lit up so i cant use it.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

Slide right to left on each voicemail and delete that way.
