Instagram.com is not working in safari. The top website bar makes it look like the webpage loaded, but the webpage is blank. I have made sure my internet connection is working. How can I get this website to work?

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Reset Safari
Click Remove History and Remove All Website Data.
Quit and relaunch Safari then try Instagram.com.
