Was rolling down the highway, and needed answer to stay on the phone for extended period of time due to heave traffic.
Finally went back to the screen to look again, but answer was gone. so had ask the same Q again.
Why can't ans. stay there til I erase it?

In the mean time, you might try taking a screenshot of the information by tapping the Home and power buttons simultaneously.

the screenshot is a good idea. probably the only way your going to keep that info on the screen at this point.
I haven't been able to take screen shots well by only using 1 hand, I have to use 2 hands.
Harder to do this while driving.
I've got my iPhone in a car mount on my dash. Relatively cheap "universal" one. I can do a screen shot one handed, if absolutely necessary.
If using the phone is so important, just pull over to the side of the road. Fewer people get killed that way.

I never said I did use the phone while driving. It is also in the dash mount when I am parked. It's playing music when I'm driving.
Let's hope everyone else does, too!
why cannot Siri leave answer on the phone instead of erasing it?
