I bought an iphone 5S suppost UNLOCKED but I can´t use it because it ca´t accept MOVISTAR VENEZUELA SIM CARD, as I unauthorized carrier

Sounds like the phone is locked to another carrier. ONly that carrier can unlock it for you

This means your iPhone is not unlocked.

Apple is the only seller of unlocked iPhones in the US. Return your iPhone for a refund and buy one from Apple.
