How to delete only the videos and pictures within an iMessage?

On my iPhone, my messages take up almost 4GB of storage. I never delete my texts incase I need them.

I want to know if there is a way I can extract all of the images and videos sent to a specific person and could just have all the images and videos sent and recieved deleted instead of deleting all of the actually text messages? Thank you!
