i just did the newest updat eto my iphone 4s and it wont let me recvie or call out, what do i do?

i did the newest update to my phone and it will not let me recive calls nor will it allow me to make calls, ive reset it and restarted it multipul times and nothing. i tried reoving the sim card but i dont have one. i have no clue what to do besides take it to the sprint store and have them try to fix it
