I have custom device, which I control by PC via USB. I want to control this device by iPhone using lightning cable. As I know I can do this using special cable, but the best solution will be using cable, which is added to every iPhone. Is it possible?

Only if there's an app written to "control" this custom device. My guess is no.
Maybe joining to MFi program will be the best solution? On MFi program FAQ site https://mfi.apple.com/MFiWeb/getFAQ.action there is advice that "developers who wish to develop electronic accessories fo iphone, ipad o ipod using licensed technology should join the mfi program"
There is no very much information about MFi. I can join to this program but I can't find if it's possible to connect iPhone to custom device and exchange custom frames by lightning cable. Can anyone know if it's possible? I can write custom app to do it but I don't know if it is not wasting my time and money.
