B-flat below middle C won't play
Doesn't seem to be a mono- polyphonic issue. Controller works fine in other applications.
Logic Pro X
Open your Controller Assignments window (cmd-K) and delete whatever's assigned to B2. Make sure Learn Mode is Off (blue button=on, grey button=off) before closing the window again.
