FCPX reinstall without losing anything.

FCPX reinstall without losing anything. Many problems have occurred. Snapping is locked ON and OFF Skimming and I can not turn them on or turn them off. The iLife Media sound loop I can not see them (I have tried all methods but none works). So I decided to re-install FCPX. My question is: how do you not have to reinstall it again even plugins?

iMac (27-inch, Late 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
