Just wondering if I could get my screen fixed or replaced, only scraches on screen.
iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 7.1
I would also like to replace my audio 3.5mm jack.

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for (USA) $99 for 16 GB 5G and $149 for the other 5Gs. They do not fix yours.
A third-party place like the following maybe less. Google for more.
