I purchased Pixelmator in June 2011 and all was fine until I recently purchased a new iMac and all my previous purchases show up on the new computer except this one. How do I get it back, and who do I contact?

What version of Pixelmator are you hoping would show up? There was a major change around early 2011 when the 1.6.1 version became unsupported in Snow Leopard.
Perhaps that is why your Pixelmator isn't recognised by a new Mac.

Hmm, good thought, but my purchased version was 1.6.5
