i can't reset my icloud password

Hi

when i buy iphone 5 i make account for icloud

and i make another account apple store

now i forgot my password for icloud and security questions and answers.

i want to change my device but i can't because of icloud account.

i have 2 emails that always make them for rescue

i tried to reset password soo many times but i didn't received any email to reset the icloud password .

Kindly help me to fix this Problem .
