Lost iPhoto. How do I get it back. The Time machine not far enough back

Installed iLife 11 so I could use the IDVD program. This may be coincidence, but I have lost the IPhoto program. The library seems intact, its the program itself. How do I get it back?

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), OSX 10.9.1
